Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. WhatsApp support conversations are auto-deleted every 30 days. Backup data is purged within 7 days of account closure.

Hostlish services are provided for lawful business purposes. You may use our hosting for websites, applications, automation tools (n8n), AI agents, APIs, e-commerce stores, and any legal software deployments.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Enable 2FA where available. Notify us immediately at WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your signup price is locked forever. The renewal price for any Hostlish plan will always be exactly equal to your signup price. We will never increase pricing on existing customers. This is guaranteed in perpetuity.
We may update these terms with 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance. Material changes that negatively affect you will include an option to cancel with a full pro-rata refund.
Hostlish's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss — you are responsible for maintaining your own backups (though we provide backup tools).
Not happy? Full refund. No questions asked. If our service doesn't meet your expectations within the first 7 days, we'll return 100% of your payment — no justification required.
For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime — your service continues until the end of the billing cycle with no further charges. For annual plans after 7 days, we offer pro-rata refund for remaining unused months on a case-by-case basis.
Hostlish guarantees 99.9% network uptime measured monthly. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you receive service credits automatically.
